Our Services are intended for business use by individuals at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their organization.
Description of Services
scorvv provides Scorbios, a locally hosted supply chain platform powered by SCNE (the Supply Chain Neural Engine), together with SABIF Access, Strategic Consulting, Management Advisory, Workforce Development, and Platform Implementation, for qualifying mid-market and enterprise businesses. Specific engagement terms and deliverables are set out separately at the time of enrollment.
Payment Terms
Subscription and license fees are billed as described on our pricing page at the time of enrollment. Your rate locks at the price in effect when you join; we may change rates for new members. You are responsible for all fees associated with your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, frameworks, and branding, is owned by scorvv LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, interfere with the operation of our Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Confidentiality
Information shared during an engagement, audit, or advisory relationship is treated as confidential by both parties, except as required to be disclosed by law.
